Because we will only publish real ones. Any review that appears here will come from a customer who worked with us, reproduced with their first name, last initial and city, and only with their permission. We also do not publish a star-rating average or a review-count badge until every entry behind it is verified — marking up review data that cannot be substantiated violates Google's structured-data policy and is exactly the shortcut that should make you suspicious of a contractor's website.

We would far rather fix a problem than argue about a review — and honestly, a company that never has to come back is a company that is not doing many jobs.
Yes. Ask the project manager on your call and we will connect you with someone in your area who had a similar loss, provided they have agreed to it. It is a completely reasonable request and any restoration company that treats it as an imposition is telling you something useful.
No. Paying for reviews, discounting for reviews, or filtering out the unhappy ones all violate the review platforms' terms and, more to the point, they make the reviews worthless to the next person reading them. We ask everybody at the end of a job and we take whatever comes back.
