Estimates and Pricing
The emergency assessment, moisture inspection, and written estimate are provided free of charge with no obligation. An estimate reflects conditions observable at the time of inspection. Water damage frequently extends into areas that cannot be assessed without removing material, so scopes may be revised once concealed conditions are exposed. Any change in scope will be presented to you in writing before the additional work proceeds.
We do not quote firm prices over the phone. Any figure discussed before an inspection is an estimate range, not a binding quote.
Insurance Claims
We work with all major carriers and can bill your insurer directly for covered work when you authorize it. We are not your insurance company and we do not decide coverage. Whether a loss is covered, what your deductible is, and what your policy pays are determined by your carrier under your policy.
You remain responsible for your deductible and for any work that your carrier determines is not covered. We will tell you before starting when we believe a line item is likely to be disputed.
Response Time Guarantee
Our 60-minute response commitment applies to confirmed emergency calls to addresses within the city of Cypress, California. If we do not have a technician on-site within 60 minutes of confirming the call, we credit $100 against your final invoice. The commitment does not apply where access to the property is delayed, where a road closure, evacuation order, or declared emergency prevents access, or where the address is outside Cypress city limits. Response outside Cypress is dispatched as quickly as conditions allow but is not covered by the written guarantee.
Workmanship Warranty
Our restoration and reconstruction workmanship is warrantied under the terms stated in your signed service agreement. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover new water events, damage from a source we did not repair, failure of a component we did not install, or damage arising from deferred maintenance or alterations made after we completed our work.
Licensing
Water Damage Cypress is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor operating in California. Our license number is available on request and can be verified through the California State License Board. Our technicians hold certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, layout, and design of this site are our property or used under license. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions of this site's content.
Limitation of Liability
